Christopher King argues the case for releasing Al-Qaeda suspect Khalid Shaikh Mohammed in order to highlight the issues involved that go much further than punishing a terrorist.
”The crimes against Mohammed are so egregious that they have undermined both the foundations of Western law and fundamental humanitarian principles; they have regressed the relationship of the individual to the state by half a millennium; they have demonstrated that the USA regards foreigners as outside law and unworthy of humanitarian treatment. Mohammed has been subjected to crimes of incredible gravity by the American state.
“If the perpetrators of these grave crimes will not be prosecuted, the American state cannot with justice prosecute Mohammed. Even if Messrs Bush, Cheney and Ms Rice were to be prosecuted, it is arguable that as they acted with the authority of the state, Mohammed is nevertheless due appropriate recompense from the state.
“Recompense can therefore only take the form of Mohammed’s release. The state has irreparably prejudiced its right to try him.”

With the 9/11 Commission rescinding their own report, the 9/11 debunking machine is now our “smoking gun”.
(CINCINNATTI, Ohio) – When 9/11 Commission Chief Counsel, John Farmer, released his book, The Ground Truth, debunking his own 9/11 commission report and was supported by Chairman Thomas Kean and commission member Senator Bob Kerrey with no dissent, the cover story of 9/11 died.
This leaves us with these inescapable facts:
* We no longer have an official answer to questions about 9/11.
* Perjured testimony and falsified information given to the original commission is a criminal act and demands a Grand Jury investigation and Special Prosecutor.
* Hundreds of respected leaders of the military, law enforcement, intelligence and scientific communities question the credibility of an investigation now proven beyond a doubt a conspiracy in itself.
* The institutions of government, including all 3 branches, Executive, Judicial and Legislative have combined in an unexplainable way in their failure to respond to circumstances that legally require action.
* The press has continued a pattern of distortion of facts, suppression of news and has engaged in a systematic campaign of deception.

Everyone needs to stop messing around and get focused here … If we took every person from every Facebook and/or blog and/or web page truth group end the fed rally Ron Paul supporter overall @#$%-ed over voter and tea bagging average joe and put them in a line we could do it … Hands Across America that is … It would be a logistical nightmare at first but we could do it … And if we can’t then we have absolutely no business telling the world we can govern ourselves ….
Bush and his friends at the National Institute of Standards and Technology just took seven years to state publicly that “for the first time ever” a common FIRE caused much of the World Trade Center Complex to collapse symmetrically mostly into it’s own footprint at near free fall speed!!! “New Phenomenons” is their defense now??? WTC 7 was destroyed by controlled demolition and NIST just openly lied about it … with a real Whopper if I do say so myself … Now … what should that tell everyone? It tells me that WTC collapse deserves a spot on the top of the list of Bush crimes … right now not later … First a little information about steel … Second a little information about WTC 7 … IT WAS A BUNKER!! ….. “Ready for almost anything”!!
From my own personal experience as a commercial building manager as well as a private commercial contractor I can tell you with complete confidence that Willyloman’s hypothesis here does have merit and is certainly worth looking into … Det cord by it’s very nature(looking like regular electrical cord to the untrained eye) could be easily hidden “in plain site” so to speak … A person dressed as an ordinary electrician or computer technician could easily install this Det cord in under an hour per section up above a drop ceiling where it could sit there unnoticed by office workers as they went about their business for any amount of time … until “D” day that is …. And no one working FOUR FEET AWAY would be none the wiser … Det Cord would simply blend in with the rest of the electrical and/or computer cables tucked nicely between the HVAC system and the insulated water pipes … In the end covered up and concealed very nicely by the ceiling tiles conveniently put back into place ….
I think these Law makers(And I use that word loosely … And in quotes with “my fingers”) … Out there passing all these bills without reading them(which … by the way … is the most asinine excuse for doing a lousy job I think I’ve ever heard in my life)need to be worried about the refunding of THIER whole salaries for the past decade at least plus the bonuses that we all know they ’ve been getting under the table from this bailout ….
Obama needs to be seriously worried about losing his position altogether … I mean was this not the most disingenuous ”The buck stops here” speech you’ve ever heard in your life? … Blaming AIG for all our woes right now is like blaming the taxi driver for a bank heist?! … And that’s all this is my fellow Americans … A bank heist!! ….
After a devastating bank robbery are you going to stand there and say “HEY … YOU … Taxi driver!! … I demand that you return half of that hundred dollar tip you just received out of those millions you and your(“Our” being the important part of that word in this equation) Buddies just stole from my bank!! … don’t make me look forward an not back … I’ll do it!! … I swear to god!!” ….

Quite honestly I spent yesterday too disheartened to even look at another 911 article mostly because people like this are still “winning” (by simply declaring “victory”) … These guys are still pushing the pancake theory of collapse for Christ sakes … And getting away with it!! … The premise of the video there is whether or not temps of 2700 degrees plus were recorded at ground zero … “There goes Jason Bermus making shit up again” … I know for a fact that temps of that magnitude WERE at the very least recorded there … Slam dunk right? … So I went up against them and got them to agree temps of that magnitude were recorded there but get this … They said “I got my ass handed to me” and “I just debunked myself” … So them being forced to agree with me after catching them in a bald faced lie is now classified as them “handing my ass to me” … It culminated in this statement from them to me:
“By the way, exactly how much is Osama paying you to be his lawyer in the court of public opinion? Is your bootlicking, alqaeda apologist ass’s treason and slander against my country voluntary? Or are you a bootlicking Osama apologist for free?”
Is it enough to simply know that you are right and everyone else be damned? … Am I going to be the “lone nut” at the twentieth anniversary of 911 shouting into a sea of ignorance only to be ignored yet again … “go home nut” … “Nobody cares anymore … nut” … “You’ve just wasted your life … nut” … If a 911 hero dies in the woods and no one is there to care … Does he make a noise?
