Not saying it’s THE strategy to end all but I AM saying that this “Get permission and permits to stand in the free speech zone!” way of protesting is antiquated and obviously designed to be ineffective … So is “Standing off with the cops” occupy wall street style … Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. didn’t do it this way and he had far less support than we do … And even though he lost his life because of it, he got far more done in a much shorter timespan than the truth movement could ever dream of and he did it without raising so much as a fist ….

Had King George himself been able to exercise all the powers that the US Government claims today, the original “Tea Partiers” would’ve been Predator droned to death before they left for Boston … I acknowledge, of course, that Constitutional law surrounding executive power is contested … What I urge those of Constitutional opinion to remember is even IF our governing document DID permit all the powers the president currently assumes, that still wouldn’t make the exercise prudent … Declared legal or not, it isn’t difficult to see the potential for abuse of power in an endless war where the battlefield is everywhere on earth, the enemy is whoever the president retroactively says it is, and it never ends because sometime someone else somewhere could maybe possibly turn terrorist and blow something up … Someday ….
